ADHD Coaching

Building a life that works for you

I help individuals navigate their ADHD with warmth, curiosity and sensitivity, bringing a gender and intersectional lens. I also advise workplaces/organisations on neurodiversity and gender. Whether you have been formally diagnosed or suspect you may have ADHD, working with a coach can be a huge help.

About

I'm a gender and diversity specialist and ADHD coach

I provide ADHD coaching for adults, both face to face and online, specialising in but not limited to late diagnosed women navigating hormonal fluctuations and perimenopause and menopause. I help people harness their ADHD in order to achieve their goals and lead a fulfilling life, one that plays to their strengths and abilities and suits their rhythms.

Working as a gender, diversity and inclusion specialist for over 24 years, I bring an intersectional, women's empowerment lens to this work.

Using a strengths-based, neuroaffirming approach, and building on my own lived experience, and continued struggles, with ADHD, I am especially committed to helping empower and build confidence, giving clients the tools to flourish. I provide evidence-based support, guidance to relevant resources, and most importantly, a non-judgmental ear.

Testimonials

"Alina has helped me think through my career and personal/professional direction, and her advice is always concrete and actionable rather than vague encouragement. She has the ability to hold space for sensitive subjects without making you feel judged, meets you where you are, listens, and responds with care and empathy. Professionally, she brings depth on topics such as gender, intersectionality, and intercultural differences without lecturing or assuming, helped by the fact that she has herself lived in many different countries and knows what uprooting and creating a new network is like, many times over. A great listener, she asks the questions that matter. I would recommend her warmly."

And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
